To provide crisis intervention, education, counseling, and case management to client's.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Read, understand and follow the code of ethics provided by the New Mexico Social Work & Counseling Therapy Board
Conduct individual counseling sessions for assessments and education.
Develop client assessments and service plans with the assistance of the client and other staff. Maintain clients’ files according to FCC policies and procedures.
Conduct psycho- educational group sessions on topic of domestic violence and life skills
Contact clients by phone and or by written correspondence for follow-up as needed.
Provide reports to courts, probation and other agencies as required for compliance with court ordered cases and for quality care.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client, staff Board and administrative matters.
Full time position
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or Human Services field. (experience may substitute education)
Experience with group work preferred
Knowledge of Domestic Violence preferred
New graduates considered
Must pass a background check
Starting salary range $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 depending on experience and education.
