We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide support to individuals with disabilities. Our DSP team assists clients with daily living skills such as self-care, meal prep, transportation, socialization, individualized service plan documentation, and medication support. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and a commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with disabilities in developing and maintaining independent living skills.
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
  • Monitor the health and safety of individuals with disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided to individuals with disabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals with disabilities in the community.
  • Ensure that individual rights are respected and upheld.

 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Full-Time & Part-Time
Afternoon Workweek | Afternoon Weekends

 

Shift structure:
Weekday/weekend 2nd shift: 2:00pm-9:00pm

 

Locations:
Saint Peter, MN | Le Center, MN
