Dear candidate,

We are a young, fast-growing real estate photography and commercial video company. We are looking for a photographer/photo editor. The goal is to get the candidate up and running with photo editing and then train him/her to excel as a real estate photographer. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Photoshop and have a great eye for details.

Initially you will be editing pictures a few hours a day as a freelancer. I will train you to develop your editing skills to meet our standards and allow you to begin handling the editing while the rest of the team is on the road taking photos.

As your editing capabilities grow, you will join me on photo shoots to learn more about our expert photo and video methods and processes. We are looking for quality skills, but are more-so interested in your attitude and your capacity to adapt and grow.
