We are seeking an
enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In
this role, you will work closely with the Owner, COO, and other office staff to
ensure the smooth running of our business operations. The position will require
you to perform administrative tasks, coordinate projects, order supplies, track
project time and costs, run errands and interact with our vendors and clients regularly.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Owner, COO, and other office staff to ensure smooth
business operations
Coordinate projects and order supplies as needed
Track project time and costs accurately
Provide occasional driving services to the company
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry
Assist with project scheduling and ensure that deadlines are met
Respond to inquiries from customers and vendors
Assist with preparing quotes and proposals for projects
Ensure that the office is well-organized and maintained

Qualifications:
Valid active driver’s license
Ability to load and unload heavy items up to 50 lbs., occasionally more.
Possess excellent customer service, communication (written and oral), and problem-solving skills
Experience and advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs is mandatory.
Basic woodworking knowledge is a plus!
Ability to work in a small team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be dependable, trustworthy, and responsible
Cheerful attitude and a willingness to get things done
