Job Overview:
Rally Gymnastics is seeking a motivated and experienced Camp Director to lead our summer camp program. The Camp Director will play a key role in planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of the camp, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for campers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive camp program that aligns with the gymnastics club's mission and values.
• Supervise and support camp staff, including counselors and other support personnel.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for campers to learn and enjoy gymnastics activities.
• Coordinate camp logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and special events.
• Manage camper registration, health forms, and other administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and owners.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a summer camp or recreational setting.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Knowledge of gymnastics principles and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Ability to handle emergencies and make decisions under pressure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in program development and implementation.
