In-House Senior Services and The Hearing Clinic at Woodlake is the largest provider of mobile on-site healthcare services to long term care, assisted living and independent living facilities in Minnesota. We have treated over 100,000 patients with unmatched quality and cost results. Our organization is continuing to push the envelope on truly best practice methodologies and offer a wide range of services (Podiatry, Audiology, Dental, Optometry). Our multi-specialty practice is centered on matching patients with care providers within the environments where they live, including all levels of larger senior care facilities. We like to think of it as "Patient-Centered Care." We are seeking a full and part time Audiologist’s and Dispenser’s to augment our expanding Audiology services. We are looking for qualified candidates who enjoy caring for our elderly population, our Mission statement at INHSS is “Caring For Those, Who Cared For Us”. Candidates must have strong and proven sales ability, possess excellent people, and customer service skills.

Role and Responsibilities

· Provide testing, diagnostic services, and recommendations.

· Maintain clinical records and chart documentations as specified by the company.

· Perform all services and duties in a manner consistent with company policies, procedures, processes, and quality standards.

· Recognize and respond to the needs and age-specific parameters of older adults.

· Build outstanding rapport with care facilities and patients.

· Manage and update company CRM system.

· Assist with hearing aid repairs, programming and preparing dispensing.

· Obtained necessary paperwork as required by payers.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation of hearing and dispensing hearing instruments.

· Appropriate state licensure.

· Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude.

· Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and time management skills.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Ability to travel for facility visits, with potential of overnight visits, including providing clinical audiology visits at The Hearing Clinic at Woodlake.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
