D.M. Neuman Construction Co. is looking for a construction estimator looking to work in Glenwood Springs. 

The estimator will need to be organized and detail oriented, will prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans/specifications and perform quantity take-offs, resolve cost differences by analyzing and collecting information, develop bids for upcoming projects and qualify and level subcontractors’ proposals according to project specifics. You will be working directly with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to understand and incorporate project objectives/costs.

Strong math skills including algebra, geometry and basic arithmetic, ability to navigate specifications and plans, and excellent leadership, personable, communication and written skills are a must.

Pay will depend on qualifications, but range is $70k-$80k starting.
