Responsibilities of Team Member:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dishes as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow

Skills:
- Food preparation: Ability to prepare and cook a variety of food items using proper techniques and following recipes
- Culinary: Knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
- Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Sales: Ability to upsell menu items, suggest add-ons or upgrades, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales
- Time management: Efficiently manage time to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Cash handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, operate cash registers, and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Bussing: Ability to clear tables, clean dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Kitchen: Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and procedures for efficient food preparation
- Foodservice: Understanding of customer service principles in a food service environment
- Sanitation: Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Salary: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
