Responsibilities

Performs repairs on receipt and tabletop printers, 

•

Inspects entire device for internal and external damage. 

•

Analysis of all device functions though troubleshooting guidelines. 

•

Performs all repair functions including part repair or replacement, firmware upgrades, and final testing

•

Documents all repairs through an internal ticketing system, notating parts used and repair time. 

•

Supports depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management
