Job Description:
As a Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our moving team, responsible for executing efficient and seamless moves for our clients. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from trucks
• Safely pack and wrap items to prevent damage during transit
• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed
• Drive company vehicles to transport items to the designated location
• Utilize your expertise to guide and support less experienced team members
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the moving industry
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally
• Personable, courteous, and professional demeanor
• Ability to relate to customer’s needs
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
