Summer Camp Counselor (Seasonal)

Southlake Camps is a thriving summer camp program searching for passionate, hard-working individuals to be camp counselors to groups of children of varying ages. Ideal candidates would be self-driven, have excellent communication skills, work well with children, and be able to work outside and be active for most of the day. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Positions vary from 20-40 hours per week (typically only weekdays). No experience is required, but experience working with children or customer service is a plus.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

*Monitoring and supervising a group of children of varying ages (up to 15 kids)

*Lead other team members in conducting activities (camp counselors have junior counselors that assist with activities)

*Ensure the safety of campers both in your group and in other groups

*Daily cleaning and minimal clerical duties are also required
