Company seeking a self-motivated & skilled maintenance technician at an apartment community in Tallahassee.

• Preferred 2-3 years’ experience in the multi-family housing maintenance industry
• Plumbing, electrical and general carpentry skills necessary
• HVAC Certification preferred
• Perform timely repairs to make-ready units
• Perform service request work in a timely and effective manner
• Emergency after hours on-call rotations apply.
• Perform daily grounds duties 
• Must possess a Valid Drivers License
• Effective communication stills are necessary
• Must have the ability to multitask effectively
