Responsibilities will include:
* Facilitating tranquil daily operations via effective administrative support.
* Management of telephone and email communications, along with scheduling.
* Acting as a point of contact with telecom and internet service providers, banking merchants.
* Driving office arrangement and supplying necessities.
* Spearheading the inauguration of signage at our new office front desk.
* Overseeing office setup, managing expenditures, and driving cost optimization.
* Collaborating on diversified tasks and strategizing on various projects.

Required skills:
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
* Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Past experience in an office environment will be beneficial.
