Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our chiropractic clinic. This position involves a combination of administrative duties and assisting the chiropractor in providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome patients with a friendly demeanor.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
Verify patient information and insurance details.
Patient Coordination: Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation. Escort patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for chiropractic procedures. Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment reminders and follow-up care.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information. Handle billing and insurance claims processing.
Manage inventory of office and medical supplies.
Collaboration with Chiropractor: Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatments. Ensure treatment rooms are clean and well-stocked. Provide support in conducting therapeutic exercises as directed.
Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners. Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
