Position Summary:The Hamilton for Business Account Client administrator is the relationship builder and revenue driver for Hamilton’s business-to-business solutions division. Headquartered in Hamilton’s Langhorne, Pennsylvania office, but often visiting clients or meeting them at one of Hamilton’s store locations, this role is responsible for providing the best in products, programs, and services to Hamilton’s corporate clients looking to recognize their employees with meaningful gifting programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Help to manage Hamilton for Business accounts with attention to detail and deep understanding of customer requirements and preferences, anticipating client needs to provide the best in service.
• Create customized gifting solutions for sales/achievement awards, milestone gifts, loyalty programs, annuity programs, service/tenure programs, sporting events/trophies, and various presentation pieces.
• Interact with clients and assist with product recommendations, invoicing, and post-sale follow up.
• Provide exceptional client service through strong communication and organizational skills.
• Manage presentations to showcase capabilities, including digital platforms for gifting.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• College degree preferred
• Experience in a client service, account management, or outside sales capacity.
• Effective problem resolution skills.
• Excellent product knowledge in the giftware category, or ability / willingness to quickly learn the category and its products.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn proprietary back-end systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills. 
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills through telephone, digital, and face-to-face mediums.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure or fast-moving situations, both behind the scenes and in front of clients.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
