We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant for a full-time position in our Scottsdale, AZ office. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phones, providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, and performing clerical duties. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in small collaborative work environment.


Qualifications:

- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Experience providing administrative assistance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in operating office equipment
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks within the office
- Strong clerical skills, including organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and other relevant software


Hourly wage will be approximately $30 per hour based on experience and skills.
