Inside Sales / Estimator

SkyBlade Fan Company, a rapidly growing HVAC manufacturer located in Warren, MI, is looking for an Inside Sales / Estimator. The candidate will be responsible for operating within and managing the sales department so it may operate efficiently and deliver the desired business results through planning, process, people, data, technology, and reporting.

This is a full-time salary position with an in-office schedule of 7:00-4:00p Monday-Friday.

Duties:

· Answering calls from customers and distribution

· Product selection and preparing quotes

· Interacting with customers & distribution channels

· Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers

· Respond to inbound sales inquiries

· Develop and maintain relationships with customers

· Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system

Preferred Skills

· AutoCAD experience – generate rough floor plans

· Dependability and upbeat attitude

· Strong spelling and grammar skills

· Self-motivated, able to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Strong computer, organizational, and follow-through skills

· Proficient in Microsoft word, excel & outlook
