Requirements:
EPA 608 Universal Certification
HVAC & Refrigeration Experience
Knowledge of restaurant kitchen equipment also very desirable (hot and cold). Fryers, grills, prep-tables, ovens, mixers, etc.
Will perform needed tasks for the repair, maintenance, operation and installation of commercial and residential HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, kitchen equipment, etc.
Understand basic HVAC codes and how to size and select proper replacement equipment.
Complete needed repairs and run test to ensure proper operation.
Minor plumbing repair also a frequent part of the job. Changing faucets, gaskets and water heaters.
