GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:

To do whatever is needed to support the Tandy Therapy LLC Mission:

“Families living their best life.”

POSITIONS:

In-Clinic position for in-clinic services.

  • SLPA considered for full-time position servicing pediatrics (based in Post Falls, ID) in-clinic caseload.
  • Training in Family Coaching, feeding intervention, telepractice, and more.

HOURS:

40 HOURS PER WEEK

Full Job Description:

Tandy Therapy LLC is hiring for in-person COTAs to service Post Falls, ID. Immediate position is open.

You must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho.

Responsibilities include performing screenings and treatment to pediatric clients and students via in-person and potentially via telepractice, as needed.

Experience:

  • 1 year telepractice experience (preferred)
  • 1 year school-based or outpatient clinical experience (preferred)
  • 1 year working with pediatrics (preferred)

Licensure/Certification:

  • License required for Idaho

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take supervision training/feedback and implement into practice
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through with all tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Interest in working with pediatrics and their families.
  • Relationship-building skills with the ability to work well with leadership and other team members.
  • A team-player with a collaborative nature
  • Proven ability to interact with members of the community representing diverse backgrounds and interests is required
  • All successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment background screening requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
