This job is best suited for an ABA therapist who is in Graduate School for Applied Behavior Analysis.

- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with developmental disabilities, primarily autism.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
- Use evidence-based techniques and strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including BCBAs, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
Experience:
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or autism, is preferred.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and procedures is beneficial.
- Background in special education or related field is a plus.
