???? **Role & Responsibilities:**

• Engage with clients who are planning long-distance interstate moves, helping them navigate the estimation process.
• Conduct a detailed, room-by-room walk-through estimate over the phone, working with clients as they go over their belongings.
• Match clients with reputable moving companies that can fulfill their relocation needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and transparency.
• Skillfully manage the estimation process and provide accurate estimates based on the information gathered.
• Maintain an organized Granot Software to track and manage client interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.

???? **Requirements:**

• Proven experience in sales
• A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in the moving industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of moving logistics, processes and Granot Software are required
