We are an exterior cleaning company looking for exterior cleaning technicians. They must be able to work flexible hours, starting at 8AM and usually until 4PM. Depending on the job, some days will be shorter and others longer.

We are looking for someone with a clean driving record, who can pass a drug test, work some weekends, can work some night shifts, is not afraid of heights working from ladders, roofs, or mechanical lifts, and can also work in adverse weather conditions like the climate of Indianapolis.

Keep in mind, we offer multiple services and not everyday has the same things scheduled. Some of the services you will be responsible for include Gutter Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, Post Construction Cleaning, Pool Cleaning, and more.

We prefer someone to have basic mechanical skills. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude. Negativity in our culture will not be tolerated. You must have a reliable vehicle to get to work on time. No experience required. As long as you have good work ethics, we can and will train you.

Salary increases are applied according to work efficiency. We offer paid vacations after you have worked with our company for one year. We also offer commission and bonuses.

Salary: $41,600.00 - $50,000 per year
