Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
• Understanding of elevations / grades
• Experience at reading / understanding construction plans for take offs / understanding project specifications
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Construction Software / Microsoft / PlanSwift / ComputerEase / Excel
• Three years or greater of experience preferred
