We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse that can manage an Assisted Living Facility. There are only 4 residents and 4 certified Care Givers. As a Manager, your responsibility would be to uphold the company’s mission of providing the most excellent care as if they are family member (resident). You are to lead and ensure that all staff members understand and exercise their responsibilities and roles as a caregiver within this facility.

Duties include: managing staff, managing resident care, facilitating Primary Care appointments, working with case managers, social workers, PT/OT, wound and respiratory care, POAs to ensure Plan of Care is met, administration duties, and managing home and resident supplies.
