We are seeking a Part Time Office Help to join our team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Take product orders
  • Invoice orders into Quickbooks
  • Pack product orders
  • Process credit cards and receive payments
  • Enter orders into shipping software (both UPS WorldShip and S------------)
  • Perform all other office tasks such as filing, copying, etc.
  • Unpack and put away product orders

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Previous experience in QuickBooks software or related software a must
  • Microsoft Suites proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Bend up and down, and reach over head
  • Ability to compose and send emails- Strong communication skills handles
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to problem solve and critically think
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Health / Wellness minded a plus

 

We are a wholsale nutrition distributor. A small company with a casual atmosphere but with expectations to get the job done and well. Flexible with work/life balance. Looking for someone part time - 15-30 hours / week. Possibility of full time eventually. After 45 days trial period, you will receive 5 paid days off.
