Office Clerical Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Strong focus and attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Perform general clerical duties, such as printing documents for clients, handle electronic filing, and working with office software to upload and download documents to and from clients.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages when needed
- Assist with maintaining office cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- True people person with desire to be, and perform as, part of the team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability and willingness to learn and use other office software for faxes, time-entry, tax software portal, QuickBooks and others as required
- Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as printers and scanners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
