Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Associate. The Warehouse Operations Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and processing incoming and outgoing merchandise in the warehouse. The associate will need to effectively communicate with the customer service team and shipping team to ensure all orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Associate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications/Duties

• Attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Prior experience with fashion or e-commerce is a plus
• Manages pick ticket orders
• Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, moving products within the warehouse, and organizing inventory
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of products
• Package and prepare products for shipment
• Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient operations
