-Responsible for all scheduling, hiring, and training of kitchen staff
-Ordering
-Monitoring of food costs
-Food prep and proper menu presentation
-Work on the line
-Meeting regularly with GM
-45-55 Hours per week
-$70,000 per year (depending on experience)
