Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule All Template and Installations via text,email & phone
Assemble Job folders for production
Process finished job folders from the previous day
Help Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
