Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule All Template and Installations via text,email & phone
  • Assemble Job folders for production
  • Process finished job folders from the previous day
  • Help Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
