As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, Scheduler, and Data Entry professional at Unified Logistix Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth customer interactions, efficient scheduling, and accurate data management. You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Manage and update scheduling software and calendars. Ensure timely and accurate scheduling to meet customer and business needs.
Assist customers in both languages, as needed.
