Podcast Producer Intern**

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the development of podcast ideas and episode concepts.
- Support pre-production activities, including research and script preparation.
- Operate recording equipment during studio sessions and remote recordings.
- Contribute creative input to enhance the overall quality of podcast content.
- Assist in editing and post-production tasks to create engaging episodes.
- Collaborate with team members on promotional strategies and social media campaigns.

**Key Duties:**
1. Participate in brainstorming sessions for podcast episode ideas.
2. Help with pre-interview research and material gathering.
3. Learn to operate audio recording equipment and assist in studio sessions.
4. Gain experience in audio editing and post-production tasks.
5. Contribute ideas for promoting podcast episodes and increasing audience engagement.

**Qualifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Communication, Media Production, or a related field.
- Strong interest in podcasts and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing software (Audacity, Adobe Audition, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and eagerness to learn.

**Requirements:**

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, if needed.
