We are seeking professionals that not only love animals but understand the responsibilities and skills involved when caring for them. Applicants will provide pet sitting and dog walking while our clients are at work AND also pet care in our client's home when they travel. The work schedule varies depending on the client's needs and service provided. The pet sitting schedule will include mornings, evenings, midday, weekends, and holidays. Dog walking hours are generally M-F 10a-3p and may require up to 5 miles of walking per day.

**Right now we are specifically interested in candidates with Tuesday & Thursday daytime availability (9a-1p) with prior experience working with pets in a professional capacity (doggy daycare/boarding, veterinary clinic, humane society, etc.)

Creature Comforts of Columbia is looking to expand their SW Columbia's team of pet sitters / dog walkers. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, good time management skills and a high level of integrity. Previous work with animals in a veterinary, boarding or doggy daycare setting would be a plus. This job entails driving your personal vehicle from client to client.

If you are taking night classes, are a retiree, or have flexible hours with another job, dog walking may be a perfect fit for you.

*If you are a student that goes home, out of town, over breaks and holidays, this is not a good fit for you.

MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE & LIVE IN COLUMBIA (within our service area is a plus).

All of our staff are employees (W-2), not independent contractors (10-99)

Pay starts at $14/hour plus tips and mileage reimbursement.
