Primary Job Function

To process and manage the syncing of AR and AP data from Service Titan software to QuickBooks Desktop. We are a dynamic, successful client-centric growing HVAC company. Required Qualifications:

  • Conventional (Moderate to High)

 

  • Computer skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

 

 
Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• Expert Knowledge of QuickBooks, Payroll Functions, Excel

• Ability to independently maintain all business financials including A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, and journal entries

• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written), and experience communicating with clients

• Extremely detail oriented, initiative-taker, leadership personality

• Must be able to work independently but equally collaborative as part of the team
