We are looking for someone who can join our small team in producing chocolate, from roasting and winnowing beans to making fine confections. Someone with previous experience with large batch kitchen equipment and a background in restaurant, pastry, wine or coffee would be preferred. 

Ideally full time, 30+ hours
Operating hours are Monday-Friday 9a-5p
