SUMMARY:
We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Specialist with bicycle mechanical experience/passion. You will be responsible to answer technical questions relating to the product for pre-sales and to provide after sales support with customers that might have issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond thoroughly and promptly to all customer technical inquiries
• Record details of inquiries, as well as actions taken using software
• Help with bike refurbishing and/or new product development
• Strive for positive relationship building with customers at every stage
• Learn ZiZZO products and software tools needed to do your job

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Worked as a bike mechanic with technical knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a dynamic/growing environment
• Must be customer focused, possess strong time management skills.
• Confident with MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) and similar program
