The Experiential Education Facilitator is responsible for the safe and effective implementation of the Princeton-Blairstown Center’s (PBC) adventure-based experiential and environmental education curriculum at the Blairstown Campus. The Experiential Education Facilitator works predominantly on and around the Blairstown Campus. The Experiential Education Facilitator utilizes a youth development model that actively engages participants, supports them in achieving individual and group goals, and helps students increase their social-emotional learning (SEL), environmental education, and 21st Century skills.
Start date: March 25, 2024 (Wilderness First Responder March 17-23), Salary range: $700-$725 week, and the following benefits package:
A shared newly renovated, furnished two-bedroom apartment with a private bedroom, all utilities, and food. (valued at over $10,000)
Six sick days.
Professional development: Wilderness First Responder, ACCT, and Lifeguard certifications and monthly in-service.
3% of salary 401k contribution with a potential additional 2% match.
Season completion bonus of $800.
