Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, including conducting physical exams, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing illnesses and conditions, and developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician. The Physician Assistant will also be responsible for communicating with patients and their families, documenting patient care, and maintaining accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications

• Excellent medical knowledge and clinical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues
• Experience in evaluating and managing patients with neurological disorders
• Ability to work collaboratively with a supervising physician and other healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Utah
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• BLS and ACLS certification
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred
