We are currently looking for an administrative assistant and CTEC Licensed tax preparer with a strong attention to detail for a seasonal opportunity in our Hayward tax office.
both positions start in January. Our ideal candidate will be available to work 30 – 40 hours a week.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
• Customer service: answering phones, scheduling, and managing appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, follow up to correspondence and messages via phone and email
• Mail intake, processing, and dispersal
• Computer skills a must. Knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word) preferred.
• Scanning and electronically filing documents as well as filing hardcopy documents
• Data entry
• Assembling tax returns
• Assisting office personnel as needed
• Maintaining reception / office area appearance.
The pay rate is open and depends on experience!
