We are looking to adding a West Valley Salon Suite Facility and Site Manager to our growing team!

LOCATION: Primary location: 11340 W Bell Rd #400, Surprise, AZ 85378 and 15262 N 75th Ave #400, Peoria AZ 85310. May occasionally be required to cover other locations if needed.

WORK HOURS: Part-Time Contract (20-25 hours per week) flexible schedules required and include weekends and holidays. Typical shifts fall between 9am and 4pm Monday through Saturday, with some after hours on-call duties as needed.

Job duties include:

· Oversee the management and operation of our locations

· Light property maintenance (Light cleaning, touchup-painting, preparing suite for turnover, etc)

· Ensuring supplies are monitored and distributed to locations

· Inspecting and maintaining properties and making ownership aware of any issues at properties

· Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property

· Overseeing cleaning crew performance (when applicable) and addressing any facility gaps/issues

· Overseeing contractors completing maintenance, ensuring completion of jobs

· Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations

· Maintaining a positive face of the company and positive culture at locations

· Representing ownership at all times

· Onboarding new Salon Professional Tenants

· Overseeing move-in’s and move-outs

· Reporting the property’s occupancy, vacancy and overall performance to property owners

Part-Time: 20-25 Hrs / Wk

Pay: $17.00 / hr Contract
