Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health, committed to our mission of providing compassionate mental health support, and experienced in delivering therapeutic services to diverse populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide mental health counseling and therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of mental health therapy

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Texas or New Mexico.
  • 2+ years of experience in providing therapy (Preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Familiarity with crisis management techniques and interventions
  • Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques for promoting behavior change
