Mr. Snowman provides quality and timely snow removal for residential homes in the Chicagoland area. 

We exclusively use 3ft "push" shovels to clear properties. We only shovel 2 - 3 inches per visit - this is how we ensure our quality and maintain working efficiency. 

Each route contains between 5 - 15 homes that are usually within a 5-10 mile radius. Each home has different instructions. i.e. not every property will include sidewalk shoveling. Time at each location will be between 5-15 minutes depending on if you're working with a 2nd crew member.

Prior to your shift, you will receive each location with corresponding instructions. 

Each homeowner has the ability to rate your work 1-10. The worker with the combination of highest score + most shifts completed will earn a $500 bonus at the completion of the season. 

You will NEVER be shoveling more than 2-3 inches at a time. This means for snowfalls with anticipated accumulation of more than 3+ inches (think 6+), there will be an additional block available to do the route a 2nd time.

For example: 

Snowfall times: 3am – 10 am 

Anticipated accumulation: 3’’

Block time: 9:30 – 11:30am 

OR

Snowfall times: 3am – 10 am 

Anticipated accumulation: 7’’

Block time: 5am – 7am, AND  9:30 – 11:30am

**you are not required to sign up for both routes. If you do, you will make an additional $5/hour.**

Season is from November 1 - March 31
