Dick Taylor is a dynamic and rapidly growing chocolate factory dedicated to making the finest chocolate possible, from bean to bar in our facility in Eureka. We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us elevate our brand through exceptional design work. If you are a creative thinker, proficient in graphic design, and possess a wide range of skills including layout design, website management, and tech support, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching layouts and designs for various marketing collateral, including packaging design, brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, and digital media.
• Manage and maintain our website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and remains up to date.
• Assist in resolving any website or technology-related issues.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective design strategies that drive sales and engage customers.
• Conceptualize and execute design projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to continuously improve the visual identity of our brand.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong experience with website management, including familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Basic IT and tech troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Basic html and CSS knowledge
• Prepress layout, dieline and print set up
