We are seeking a videographer to capture b-roll for use in a series of real estate marketing videos that will be released for free on YouTube.

General scope/process:

• We are looking for unedited b-roll footage that captures the general feel of the many neighborhoods in Burlingame and in surrounding areas.
• You’ll be provided with a list of shots for each neighborhood. Some shots are very specific (ie Central Fire Station), while others are more general (ie Eichler Homes).
• You will need to have your own transportation.
• You will need to have your own camera equipment.
• You are not responsible for editing.

General technical requirements:

• Video clips should be delivered as .mp4 or .mov files at 4k resolution, 24p
• Use a FLAT or NEUTRAL color setting in camera (avoid over saturation)
• Avoid shaky footage by using a tripod, gimbal, shoulder mount, etc
• Video clips should each be in the 10-second to 30-second range 
• Audio is not necessary

File Delivery:

• At the end of a shoot day, you will sort all clips into folders by neighborhood (or heading on shot list) and upload to a shared Google Drive account.
• No need to rename individual clips.

Compensation:

• $50/hour (ie, all shots from shot list covered)
• All work will be performed as an independent contractor.
