Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Travel Nurse Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals, specifically travel nurses, in various healthcare facilities across different locations. Your expertise in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships will contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract and identify qualified travel nurses, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific assignments.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools, travel nurse associations, and other relevant organizations to expand candidate pool.
Candidate Placement:
Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and develop a deep understanding of specific job requirements.
Match qualified travel nurses with appropriate assignments based on their skills, preferences, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities, facilitating the scheduling process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the placement process, addressing any questions or concerns.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel nurses to foster loyalty and retention.
Establish and nurture partnerships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Serve as the primary point of contact for travel nurses and healthcare facilities, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as candidate pipeline, placements, time-to-fill, and conversion rates.
Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
