Naples, Florida company has an immediate need for an Assistant Accountant in its headquarters location. Position works directly with Management on all areas of financial reporting across multiple departments and is an intricate part of the team. Responsibilities:

• Process AP/AR, payroll
• Journal entries, bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Detailed analysis of transactions, journal logs, etc.
• Track expenses, reimbursements, taxes, etc.
• Other Ad hoc projects as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• 1 plus years of general ledger accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong Microsoft skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work across multiple departments and maintain relationships
