Responsibilities:

- Drive company bucket truck to customer locations for service calls
- Perform field service and repair work on electrical signs and lighting
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on signage
- Weld and fabricate components as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with signs and lighting systems is a plus
- Knowledge of electrical repair is beneficial
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
