We treat ages 7 to 65 years  with a multitude of disorders

Some responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose mental and emotional disorders
• Greet and communicate with clients and staff with great regard and compassion
• Complete a detailed intake on each client
• Create a positive, encouraging environment where clients feel heard
• Work in a space where others will not hear the sessions and neither you or the client is disturbed. 
• Use headphones
• Offer clinical assistance to others seeking services
• Write a treatment plan and objectives (with the client), updating as needed, at least yearly.
• Ensure that all documentation is precise, clear and free of misspellings
• Complete any training to always be up to date and to provide top notch service to clients. 
• Show up to sessions on time and complete each session and notes within a one hour window for each client.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Maintain you CEU's

Qualifications

• Licensure as: Licensed professional counselor or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. 
• Familiarity with community mental health resources within the state(s) where you practice.
• State license in the states where you wish to practice
• Two references from current or former leads, managers or owners
• Ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
