Job Description
$3500 or up a month for 5 days + ($1000 tip+up)
The sushi chef at Kamu Ultra Karaoke Las Vegas is expected to construct a brand new prestigious menu suited to satisfy the palates of our customers.
This position demands consistency throughout every dish they present, knowledge of cross-contamination/food borne illnesses, and follow all regulations(dos and don't)of SSDN.
The sushi chef is responsible for all following physical aspects of kitchen operation:inventory,preparation/serving of food,and basic control of food cost/expenses approved by the management.
All job responsibilities have to be performed in accordance with property policies,practices,and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Follow proper SSND regulations and revamp the working environment approved by the management.
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
Monitor waste and overproduction,utilize leftovers,and ensure proper rotation and quality control.
Other job related duties as requested by executive chef.
Job requirement:
At least 1 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the kitchen.
At least 1 years of culinary experience with focus in fine dining.
Preferred:
At least 3 years as a cook or room chef
