Inside Sales Representative
Reports to Sales supervisor

Must have valid passport and travel to Mexico for Trainings
Must have previous distribution experience

2 years’ experience
Description:
Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting new
clients, presenting and negotiating quotes, following up on orders, and
providing technical advice. This role involves being attentive to client
needs, including deliveries, restocking, payments, and credit situations.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
Establish contact with potential clients through various means
(phone, internet, expos, recommendations).
Attend appointments and requirements from the Inside Sales area,
providing feedback for departmental improvement.
Schedule and conduct tests or sample deliveries, following
established procedures.
Prepare and follow up on quotes and commercial proposals.
Maintain and care for the equipment and infrastructure provided by
the company and clients.
Collaborate with colleagues in sales processes, quoting, testing, and
training.
Conduct follow-ups with current clients, including periodic reviews of
account balances.
Coordinate and supervise client collections and account reviews.
Maintain a professional and positive image of the company and self.
Manage and update information in the CRM, including daily reports
and weekly work plans.
Keep client and sales-related documentation organized.
Coordinate with relevant personnel to manage orders, warehouses,
and stock.
Request special authorizations for pricing, payment terms, or credit.
Actively participate in training and stay informed about industry
updates.
Competencies and Skills
Computing Skills: Proficient in Gmail, CRM, ERP, and other relevant
administrative software.
Mathematics and Arithmetic: Ability to perform intermediate
mathematical calculations, including percentages and rule of three,
essential for preparing quotes and proposal comparisons.
Language Proficiency: Preferably fluent in Spanish.
Travel Availability: Must be available for continuous travel and for
long training trips to Mexico.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented and service-focused.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
