CityLight Counseling is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Orlando, FL.

CityLight Counseling is a private practice group in Lake Nona. Our mission is to empower and uplift our community by providing exceptional and holistic mental health care services. We prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and the delivery of top-quality care. Our approach is rooted in the belief that that fostering mental, emotional, and spiritual health within individuals paves the way for emotionally robust families and communities. To do that, we understand that we must wholeheartedly support our clinicians in performing the work they are trained for. We adhere to the principle that our greatest success is achieved by helping our therapists excel in the capacity their role is designed for.

Qualifications Requirements:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Florida:

• Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
• LCSW or LMFT or LMHC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Compensation: $40 per hour, plus bonuses (non-licensed candidates)

                         $50 per hour, plus bonuses (licensed candidates)

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Female therapist to compliment practice needs (Preferred)
• Behavioral Health Generalists open to working with couples (Required)
• Background in Christian Counseling (Preferred)
• Key motivation to finalize your notes within 24 hours
